- The product arrived damaged, tampered, or spoiled upon receipt.
- You report the concern within 48 hours of delivery.
- You provide photo or video proof of the issue.

Once the issue has been reviewed and verified by ANGKAN and/or its authorized distributor, the affected customer will be notified of the resolution.
Depending on the verified findings, the authorized seller or distributor may provide a replacement product of equal value or a refund, following their respective sales or store policy.

All replacements or refunds will be processed only after validation of submitted proof and confirmation that the defect or damage occurred prior to delivery and was not caused by improper storage, mishandling, or tampering after receipt.

ANGKAN reserves the right to coordinate but not override the return and refund procedures of its independent retail and distribution partners.

Refunds, exchanges, or replacements cannot be granted in the following cases:
A. Change of Mind or Personal Preference

Requests for return or refund based solely on subjective reasons are not valid. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where the customer:
- Decides they no longer wish to keep or use the product after purchase.
- Finds the taste, aroma, texture, or color different from personal expectations.
- Ordered the wrong variant, quantity, or size.
- Chooses a different brand after receiving the item.

These rules prevent resale or redistribution of items that may have been opened, handled, or exposed to contamination.
B. Improper Storage, Handling, or Exposure

ANGKAN is not liable for any product deterioration or damage resulting from improper storage or mishandling after purchase or delivery. Examples include:
- Exposure to direct sunlight, extreme heat, or moisture.
- Storage in unsanitary, unsealed, or non-food-grade containers.
- Contamination from utensils or foreign substances.
- Opening, tampering with, or partially consuming the product before filing a report.

Products that have been opened, consumed, or otherwise altered in any way are considered used and cannot be replaced or refunded.
C. Late or Invalid Reports

Product concerns must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Claims submitted beyond this period are no longer eligible for review or replacement because product condition can no longer be objectively verified.

Reports without sufficient proof (such as clear photos, videos, or receipts) may also be considered invalid.
D. Unauthorized Purchases or Channels

ANGKAN cannot accommodate refund or replacement requests for products bought from unauthorized resellers, unverified online listings, or informal channels not recognized by ANGKAN.

Only items purchased through official distributors, retailers, or verified e-commerce partners are covered by this policy.
E. Force Majeure or Delivery Circumstances Beyond Control

ANGKAN and its authorized distributors are not responsible for delays or damages caused by natural disasters, accidents, transportation disruptions, or courier mishandling once the product has left our custody.
In such cases, claims must be directed to the relevant courier or logistics provider.
